Electroplated dental burs are made of stainless steel with diamond coating layer by electroplating process. High diamond coating density offers a maximum service life, high grinding efficiency and a high binding quality which prevents the diamond graining from breaking up or the diamond coating from flaking.

Common shapes such as ball, lense, egg, torpedo, flame and conical or cylindrical shapes are available in a wide range of diameters. Grit sizes range from 40# to 3000# for coarse, medium and fine processes.

Applicable for forming chrome alloy and ceramic dentures, also for grinding and engraving on metal, wood, bone, jade, PVC, glass and stone and plastic machining.
