Product Description

Used for dressing vitrified diamond grinding wheel, make the diamond grinding wheels in an excellent working condition.

Diamond and CBN grinding wheels will be clogged by workpiece chips and lose its profile after using for a period of time, so they have to be dressed in time, to return the diamond and CBN grinding wheels to its original profile and sharpness by removing old grains and reveal the fresh grains.

Conventional grinding wheels, aluminum oxide grinding wheels, silicon carbide grinding wheels, are good tools to dress glazed diamond and CBN grinding wheels.

Tips        

Resin and Vitrified Bond, Diamond and CBN wheels
Choose a dressing wheel one or two grit sizes finer than the abrasive in the wheel- in a soft grade (H or I)

Metal Bond, Diamond and CBN wheels
Choose a dressing wheel the same grit or one grit size coarser than the abrasive in the wheel - in a medium grade (K-M)
